We wanted to brush up on some of our core values as a company, not only to help us keep these in the front of our minds, but also to reiterate them to our customers and followers. Our core values are Quality, Creativity, and Integrity; in which take heavy weight in our company as we continue to grow and service more customers each day.


QUALITY – This core value stems from our engineering roots. The founders of this company come from an engineering background, which places a strong emphasis on the quality of your products. We are constantly putting in place, quality checks throughout our manufacturing processes. As each item is handmade here in the US, scaling up quantities means there is an increasing necessity for quality control. That can be said about ensuring the recipes are correct, packaging is consistent and aesthetically pleasing, containers are clean and suitable for use on our customers, and the products we put in them are free of parabens and harmful chemicals.

CREATIVITY – This core value stems from our itch for a creative outlet. We are constantly asking, “How do we stand out from our competition?”; “What are we doing differently than the rest of the industry?” The cosmetic/grooming industry is full of mass produced, outsourced goods (China/other foreign country imports), that are full of harmful chemicals, ultimately damaging the customers hair and skin in the process. We try to be creative by balancing between providing our customers with healthy products, that are different then the rest at an affordable price.

We also want to make our packaging look dope and modern, staying away from plastics and glass as much as possible. Plastics can be harmful to not only our bodies but also the environment in whole. Glass can be dangerous in the bathroom, where most of men’s grooming products are stored and used everyday. With this being said, our packaging aims towards aluminum bottles and tins for shaving products, accompanied by recycled plastic containers for our pomades and creams.

INTEGRITY – This core value is an essential factor when comparing a company that is long lasting (Southwest Airlines) to a company that died off due to lack of core values and proper growth strategies (Pacific Southwest Airlines – direct competitor). We give to our customers the integrity that we would hope to receive from our suppliers if we were in their shoes. We don’t throw curve balls or hide behind scientific names on our labels, we simply tell it how it is. We listen to customer feedback, constantly reverting back to the drawing board when recipes don’t impress the majority of our customers.

We don’t use animal cruelty items or items tested on animals (gelatin), parabens, unnatural preservatives or heavy alcohol based items. We find integrity in using all natural items (tricky when it comes to textures and use of our end products), and find joy in using natural preservatives to boost the shelf life of our products. We don’t order wholesale items from China or package our units out of country to save money; we package here in the US and order only from US based companies.

We hold onto these core values as a commitment to our customers, to provide you with a quality product that looks dope, feels smooth, smells like a dream and works like an oiled machine.
